- **Pricing Details**: Neoship pricing has three parts and no per-user licence: a one-time activation fee, a monthly service fee based on how many labels you create, and a per-shipment fee for arranging transport. You only pay for what you use, and there is no minimum parcel commitment.
 
The one-time activation fee is €39.99 and covers account setup, support during the integration and the connection of your first two carriers. Each additional carrier connection is €29.99, one-time.
 
The monthly service fee covers technical support, maintenance and system updates, and moves between three bands as your volume grows: €14.99 per month for up to 100 labels, €19.99 for 101 to 700 labels, and €39.99 for 701 labels or more.
 
The per-shipment fee depends on the version. In Basic you keep your existing carrier contracts with DPD, SPS, GLS or Packeta and pay €0.04 per label, the same rate regardless of which carrier delivers it. In Premium, Neoship arranges the transport through its own contracted carriers — SPS, Packeta, Slovak Post, GLS and SDS — so you need no carrier agreements of your own, receive one monthly invoice covering every carrier, and Neoship handles the claims process. Premium transport is quoted individually, depending on the carrier and your volume.
 
Both versions include the same system: every e-commerce and ERP integration, bulk parcel creation, label printing, shipment tracking, the finance and cash-on-delivery overview with SEPA XML export, notification e-mails and statistics. The versions differ only in carrier contracts, invoicing, claims handling and support level — Premium includes priority support, Basic includes standard support.
 
Custom development work, such as adjustments to import or export files, is charged at €59.99 per hour started. All prices exclude VAT.
 
In practice, a Basic account shipping around 80 labels a month pays €18.19 (€14.99 service fee plus €3.20 in label fees); around 500 labels a month works out at €39.99; and around 2,000 labels a month at €119.99. These are Neoship fees only — in Basic you pay your carriers directly under your own contracts.
