Pretty simple to use once you get a feel for how the overall program works. I like that the cost is based on the number of clients you're working with as opposed to the number of staff. This was helpful especially when we were just getting started. > > **Cons**: I really don't like the way group sessions have to be scheduled. I also don't like that after someone is removed from a group, they may still show up on the progress notes list, even though it does show them as removed from the group, that tends to be an irritant for our staff. > > My overall experience has been positive. My office manager must now pull up an individual person's calendar to find a spot for the client, then go back to the agenda and choose every counselor to display all appointments on the agenda view. Prior to the changes, the agenda did not change based on a calendar selection. It adds several steps to her job with EACH client and takes time. > > Overall it has been fine.
