A highly usable and reliable platform

Comments: We use Zapier to connect internal tools like SharePoint with outward-facing tools like Ticket Tailor.

Pros:

Zapier makes automation elegant. Their editor works well and walks me, a non-coder, through the process. And Zapier Tables is a great addition.

Cons:

Zapier tends to be more expensive than the competition, and it is pricy for us as a nonprofit.

The Perfect Middle man for everything!

Comments: Great, I only use it for basic functions but I am starting to use it for more complex ones as i have started using it more. Easy to navigate and set up

Pros:

What is not to like, Zapier basically is the middle man to automate and connect anything with anything. All done in your sleep once you have set Zaps up work.

Cons:

Not super simple to start at first but once you get the hang of it, you can flow through Zaps, the help section is also great and it gives you suggestions to fix any issues you have and work arounds, a really good feature.

Good, but too expensive

Comments: They have a long list of integrations, but the price is just way too high

Pros:

It is easy to integrate other products and create workflows.

Cons:

It is very expensive, and it could be difficult to create flows with some integrations

Comments: Zapier has helped me sort and systemize data, increase efficiency of workflows, and given me so much time back! I love Zapier and it's great for when you need multiple softwares to work together that do not already have custom integrations! One of my greatest projects I used Zapier for was automating a room rental booking process!

Pros:

Zapier gives me and my clients back countless hours of project management time by making tasks happen instantaneously that would have manually taken hours! It's easy to use and has great customer support!

Cons:

It takes time to learn how Zapier works (tips and ways to use more efficiently) so it's hard to learn by trial and error. If you take some time to watch a few tutorials/read a few articles and learn how to use the platform, you will be able to use it much more efficiently! Some of my toughest challenges were because I didn't understand Zapier terminology!

Best Tool for Streamlined Marketing Automation

It helps streamline my marketing processes, like lead management and email follow-ups, without needing technical skills. Overall, it’s reliable and easy to use, making my work much more efficient.

Pros:

it connects all my marketing tools easily. It saves me a lot of time by automating tasks like adding leads to my CRM & sending follow-up emails. The interface is simple, and it makes my work faster and more organized.

Cons:

Zapier is more expensive. While it’s very helpful, the pricing can be high for small teams or businesses. Also, some advanced workflows require higher plans, which aren’t always affordable.

Best automation tool

Comments: I use Zapier daily for many automations, data feeds and technical tasks. It is a core tool that empowers the marketing team to perform technical work without the need for developers.

Pros:

User friendly platform with so many capabilities that can suit both developers and non developers. I have used this to integrate CRMs, automate processes and other tasks that I couldn't do without this platform.

Cons:

Zapier bug testing was clunky, but in the last few months this has been improved no end.

You don't need to be a developer to use Zapier

Comments: It has allowed non developer skilled people within our team to be able to integrate two of our most important platforms together seamlessly.

Pros:

Easiest non technical way to integrate products and platforms together.

Cons:

It can become technical if you are looking for a deep integration, however using logic often can help most complete setting up zaps.

Must have for startups in Marketing industry.

Comments: We had really good experience through the year we used it. We saved plenty of time automating and connecting our marketing tools. Overall it was a good investment.

Pros:

It made our tasks automation incredibly easy in the process of integrating our app with external websites, apps and services. The setup was not extremely hard even without extense knowledge. We set up a workflow to add new leads on our loyalty website that came from Facebook Ads.

Cons:

You have to be careful with the cost and the features you might end up using. We did not have that problem but we noticed it could get high, specially for startups with tight budget as we were.

Fantastic tool for connecting all your services and setting up custom workflows

Comments: Overall it's been great using Zapier. It's a hard job getting so many services connected with each other and they are best in the field. The UI isn't always great but it's constantly improving. In the end, this it's something you mostly setup and then it runs behind the scenes. I don't need to interact with the app on a daily basis.

Pros:

It lets me connect so many apps with each other. Lots of flexibility and customizations.

Cons:

It can easily get complicated, and you need to have a bit of technical expertise to fully understand how to get it to do what you want.

The free plan is quite limited and for business purposals on a large scale you would definitely need to upgrade.

Zapier really is for everyone

Comments: Overall positive journey with Zapier, having little no code experience I now build complex automation workflows and save hours of manual processing time.

Pros:

Allows you to overcome the challenges of software interaction and automation in a user friendly and simple way. Automations and user interfaces are slick, clean, easy to build, and less problematic due to the easy to follow Zapier code free programming.

Cons:

The only downfall is that not every piece of software has connectivity.

A powerhouse software. Worth the price

Comments: Zapier is a huge part of my business. To be honest, I wouldn’t know what to do without it. I have used zapier to move clients information to my email platform, bring in facebook ad leads to my platform and to my email platform and send me emails when it completes a zap. I love zapier and will continue to use it for years to come.

Pros:

-Connects with lots of different softwares and allows me to seamlessly bring data between different platforms -Can send me an email when the zap is complete -Let’s me know if there is an error in the process

Comments: Great, as worflow management tool it does its work, however, there's definitely room for improvement when it comes to usability

Most definitely the UI, it's not user friendly or intuitive, sometimes it makes it harder tor even the smallest of the operations

Zapier is a must have

Comments: Our experience has been a good one. Without Zapier we would not have been able to link Calendly and our CRM. This has allowed us to see how has booked and attended a workshop/meeting which is really valuable. Without Zapier this would not be a reality.

Pros:

I like how easy it is to link to other services and providers we use. Using Zapier we can link Calendly and our CRM up so that those who book through Calendly show in the CRM.

Cons:

Changing some of the connected services was not easy to begin with. If there were videos it would be a great help.

Data is king and Zapier lets you move it to where you need it.

Basic Zaps can accomplish the most mundane tasks saving us so much time

Basic zaps dont get into the nitty gritty of heavy dat lifting and we sometimes have to use other alternative.

Haven't seen a robust tool similar to Zapier - one of the best in the market!

As someone who works with automations on a daily basis, I find Zapier to be one of the most useful tools if you'd want to integrate different third party APIs. They way it connects with other platforms and tools is smooth. Even a person with limited knowledge with automation will find this tool easy to understand.

Cons:

None. Haven't had any major hiccups with this tool.

I would say the best features of using Zapier would be The ability to use API, Workflow management that saves time, and third party integrations That have a range of different automations for many people.

Cons:

I didn't really have anything that I didn't like about zapier. I was a little skeptical When first trying out zapier But it didn't take long for me to Understand how the app works and I have really come to like zapier in general.
