Great system with both CRM and FRM capasity within the same system
Comments:
We use this system for the Leagues - Eliteserien and OBOS-ligaen as well as all clubs within these leagues.
It is a great tool for aggregation all fan activites and touchpoints as well as making the marketing departements more professional.
Pros:
The search function Ability to add tickets through integrations Easy to customize
Cons:
Not all functions from the desktop version is in the webversion yet. Still have to use the desktop client in order to do some stuff.

Lime CRM for managing development projects in different countries
Comments: We can get reports of our data in more or less any format we want, at the same time as we have a user friendly system for our staff to work with.
Pros:
Lime offered to build a portal for our member organisations, making it possible for us to cooperate and share information on multiple levels. We were in need of quite a lot of customization. The team at Lime was great to work with. They helped us sort out what is really important, and to break free from old habits in our old system.
Cons:
As a non-profit organisation we have limited funds to keep developing the system. Lime did a really good job building a solution for us, but of course there are things we would like to keep developing.

Flexible and easy to adjust to our changing needs
Comments: Control of our customers through all processes, from lead to on- and off boarding and managing the customer throughout the whole process. We manage tickets and document all communication with customers in one place, in Lime.
Pros:
Easy to filter and search. Flexible and easy to adjust to our ever changing needs. We don´t have to build our processes around the system, instead we build the system around our processes.
Cons:
The reporting tool is hard to use and the new import function is not as good as the old one. It is hard to understand and not as flexible as the older version.

Comments: We can in a more professional way cooperate in the sales and marketing team. We can in a way better way follow leads and work with resources. Our communication is way more professional than before.

The graphic design, the easiness of use and the service level from the Lime team. For us Lime has meant a lot both in contract management but most importantly we can in a very good way expand our sales and marketing team.
Cons:
I would like to see better connections between Lime CRM and Bisnode or similar systems to import information more easily.

Comments: CRM Lime gave us the platform to gather and connect customer information, future prospects, follow-ups and the sales pipe we needed. A good overall experience.
Pros:
Most important is a base for customer information, sales and follow-ups and the connection between them. The best impact is the to-do list as a reminder for follow-ups. Integration with gmail was a must and was solved by great support. The flexibility to add and change fields is of great use.
Cons:
The administration tool could be easier to use. Not always logical and it needs practicing by the user. The integration with gmail had its challenges, solved by great Lime Support. The business structure and peoples different permissions how to use and what to see in CRM Lime had its limits.

Pros:
What I like most as a developer is that Lime CRM can be adapted to the business. That it is possible to integrate Lime CRM with other systems such as financial systems. It is also very good that there are APIs that we can use against our self-built systems.
Cons:
Although it is good that there are APIs and that Lime CRM is customizable, I miss more modern ways to build and customize the system. Everything from customizing fields to building templates.Also missing some functions via the APIs.
Lime review from an IT-professionals perspective
Pros:
The fact that you can more or less design and customize your own CRM solution towards your organizations solutions, automations, tables, cards and such.
Cons:
The fact that there is lots of dependencies on Microsoft Windows, such as the backend editor Lisa, which is Silverlight based and the fact that the desktop client only works on Windows. Although they are now rolling out new web-based interfaces.

The amount of features available makes it extremly diverse. We rarely experience that there are any limitations to what we want to do.
Cons:
The implementation to our existing systems was OK but we feel like more could be done to integrate it better. Today there is no link to our everyday systems which makes it problematic since we must fill out the details atleast twice.
