The robust tracking and requirements system allows us to customize exactly what we want to track.  The interface is simple and intuitive for anyone familiar with web-based programs.

> **Cons**: Our implementation case requires that we input everything manually, which is an ongoing process.  The benefit of strong customization is also a negative for setup as the process is taking longer for us to fully customize to our needs; therefore, we are not achieving the full benefits of the system.
