Jobber makes me not hate running a business
Comments: Great. very happy and we make many decisions in how we operate based on how Jobber helps us accomplish where we want to go.
Pros:
From getting customers info at the request stage, creating quotes that collect deposits, seamless transition to work orders, to effortless collection on invoices Jobber makes running a business a lot easier then it normally is. Export to QBO saves us a ton of time with our Book Keeper.
Cons:
Not having inventory is a bummer. There is a huge focus on Marketing to customers which I'm sure is very important to most companies. Inventory, IMHO would be the cherry on top and would GREATLY simply my life and would significantly increase the value of Jobber (I would happily pay more for this option)

There are certain parts that still frustratingly need developed further for it to become the full package - development is an ingoing thing within Jobber and it's mostly there so this definitely shouldn't put people off trying it

Great for job/work flow. Bad as a CRM due to lack of tracking lead source.
Comments: I would say the experience has been ok, it would be higher if we could get more help resolving the tracking issue. Apparently it isn't high on Jobber's priority list given the lack of follow up/resolution on the issue.
Pros:
I like the workflow/job request process. It helped streamline the intake of customer information and the process of providing a quote. I also like the ease of scheduling jobs and communicating with the customers.
Cons:
The lack of being able to add tracking codes to the request form is my biggest complaint. I struggle to understand why a CRM solution would not offer the ability to track lead sources in an effective manner. Our attempts to work with our rep to resolve the issue were unproductive. Ultimately it may force us to move to another CRM solution.

Streamlined, Efficient, and Client-Friendly – Jobber Has Transformed My Business!
Comments: Overall, my experience with Jobber has been fantastic! It’s made running my business smoother by streamlining day-to-day operations and saving me time; in any service business, time is money, and Jobber allows me to dedicate my time to money-making tasks. The automation features and Client Hub have helped improve our efficiency and the client experience. I couldn’t imagine going back to how we did things before with another software that was twice the monthly investment!
Pros:
Jobber has been such a game-changer for our business! The automation features make life so much easier by handling quotes, scheduling, invoicing, and even payment reminders and review requests—it’s like having an extra team member who never misses a beat. I also love the Client Hub because it gives our clients a super simple way to see their quotes, invoices, and schedules whenever they need them. It’s been a huge help in creating a better client experience and building trust, which has been a big part of our growth.
Cons:
While I absolutely love Jobber, there are a couple of areas where I think it could improve. The reporting features, while helpful, could go a step further with more advanced options, like better tools for analyzing profitability by client or service type. I’ve also found that some of the workflows feel a bit rigid—it would be great to have more flexibility to customize certain processes to fit the unique needs of my business.

Jobber is on the right track
Comments: Overall, I really enjoy the product. I found it easy to get it up and running. It also pairs well with Quickbooks.
Pros:
Reasonable pricing for the features. Automation and easy to use. Overall the intuitive and easy to use modern interface is great. They seem to be adding things all the time that brings extra value.
Cons:
The depth of quoting, and more so the products and pricing. It's also a bit difficult to search the right item you are looking for 1/2" 90 vs 1/2" Copper 90 you have to know the way you entered it. It be nice if you could group things like service items, material, and then make assemblies ( Toilet rough-in -) Has 10 feet of pipe, 2 90s, 2 45s, 1 wye, 10 feet of waterlines. 4 hours of labour. Some way to update your labour or material and it helps update all of your assemblies pricing. Be nice to have schedule of value invoicing for commercial projects. Be nice to have some type of service agreements built in. Needs to have better photo management with out having to need an addin.

First Year in Jobber
Comments: This is our first year with Jobber and we have really been able to move faster and get things done easier than our old program. We do not regret moving to Jobber and plan to stay with them for a long time. So far major improvements for us over our last CRM.
Pros:
It brought all of the programs into one program. From invoice to Quotes and even inter staff communication.
Cons:
The GPS integration is lacking and does not really help us track the fleet.

Comments: Before Jobber, the office administration side was extremely busy, balancing a separate calendar, sending separate attachments and invoices as to where we can integrate all of those things into one software platform being Jobber and minimizes time wasted it brings value to the hour, even to the minute

Jobber is an all in one platform that allows you to properly schedule. We used a standard invoice platform where we had to utilize the Google Calendar. And a lot of bouncing back-and-forth jobber eliminates the bouncing from a calendar to prepping an invoice to allowing more than one visit for a job for us. Jobber is a complete package that saves time on the administrative side and the technician side both!
Cons:
There’s not much that we don’t like about jobber, for our industry, which is Wildlife and animal control it is absolutely perfect as we are not at traditional pest control company needing all of the additional features that are software like Pest route field routes or Pest pack has and those software nine times out of 10 nickel and dime you to death.

Well worth the investment

The seemless work flow setup. Basically does everything for you.
Cons:
Cost is a factor if you just starting out and the packages are not as customizable as I'd like so you end up paying for features you may not use or need.

Platform For The Pros!
Pros:
Jobber has been an incredible asset for us at Raider Wildlife Control. It has streamlined our operations, making job management and communication with clients remarkably efficient. The platform keeps our trucks organized and helps us stay on top of schedules with ease. Payment processing is also simple and hassle-free, which has been a great convenience for both our team and our clients. Overall, Jobber has transformed how we manage our business, saving us time and improving client satisfaction. Highly recommended for any service business!

Couple improvements we have suggested which would make the platform stand out even more.

More time in the field, less time in the office.
Comments: For years I struggled with managing the operations of my business. Jobber has helped to streamline operations for me. I used to spend at least 1 day a week working on administration and operations. Jobber has streamlined administrative tasks which means I spend more time in the field helping my clients and less time in the office.
Pros:
Jobber has helped me to streamline operations and cashflow within my business including new client acquisition, reviews, invoicing, and scheduling. I'm able to take a look at the dashboard each day and see how my business is doing before I head out the door on service calls. Throughout the day I get reminders for clients who schedule directly with me as soon as they fill out jobbers scheduling form which allows me to reach out to them immediately while in the field for a quick conversation, this has increased customer retention and our relationships with our clients.
Cons:
Jobber is a comprehensive platform with a lot of features and services, we use jobber for our whole business and this can make certain parts of the platform hard to understand in the beginning. Overtime, I've gotten a better handle on it and call jobber support more often than trying to figure something out for myself.

Jobber CRM is what I was looking for.
Comments: The staff I have interacted with have been pleasant and quite flexible with their scheduling. The training session was quite good and I look forward to being able to hire staff and have them effectively trained by the Jobber team.
Pros:
I like the flow that starts with the customer request, converted to a quote, then to a job to schedule, then to an invoice at the completion of the job. It helps me alot being able to see what I am actively working on.
Cons:
There are some quirks with QBO sync, but i have not experienced any major issues. Expense tracking is a little lackluster, you have to manually enter the data. Progress payments for larger jobs is cumbersome at first, there are methods, but I don't think they are well documented.

GREAT PROGRAM. NEEDS A COUPLE KINKS WORKED OUT HOWEVER ITS A BANG FOR THE BUCK
Comments: Overall experience, I’d say about a 7 1/2 or eight from the very beginning till now, you guys have fixed a lot of bugs throughout the years so it’s getting better but the two things I mentioned up top would be beneficial to everybody
Pros:
I like the price point of Jobber and the easiness of it.
Cons:
The main two things I do not like about this program first is if you have a invoice or a quote wrote out in someone’s name you can’t just go in there and change the name and address. You have to start a whole entire new quote and copy and paste it would be a lot more use a friendly if you could just add the adding of it so the same invoice or QUOTE can be sent. The second thing I don’t like about it is I have to do monthly bonuses for our employees every month and I have to calculate their sales. I wish there was a way to be able to click on the area where the names are so they can get all jumbled up into one group each so it’s easier to calculate, or be able to just look up the technicians name and see how much they sold that month in sales. Right now I have to go through each individual invoice from the legacy invoice section and calculate each person’s invoices throughout the entire month and it takes forever.
Booked and Busy
Comments: This is the first platform we have used for our service business. It has worked out quite well, because it was easy to learn and it functions as we need it to.
Pros:
Ease of use Stable A very broad platform to conduct business from first call to followup all in one place The help desk actually helps! I have never had a problem we couldn't solve quickly
Cons:
Sometimes it is hard to find pages. Maybe include ALL pages in the drop down menus for Clients

Jobber from a fence company
Comments: We haven’t switched yet. As long as jobber listens to us and tries to make these changes we will stay.
Pros:
Built in scheduling, CRM, invoicing, quoting, etc. it’s very helpful.
Cons:
Not designed for fence companies. There is no drawing feature for quotes, the line item options are designed for the fence industry, and it’s hard to show a client everything without having to attach photos and drawings with details from a third party.

Done right plumbing
Comments: Over all I like that it captures all ur customers information. To be able to use for future marketing. Also keeping track of are roi. The app pays for itself because it makes it so easy to accept payment. You can see the work that you have done alreaady when u have repeat business. Costomer text you throu the app. It’s saved so me y hrs of paper work
Pros:
What I like most is being able to keep track of all my jobs. People can call in a year later and we will know who they are. Also being able to cash out credit card payments same day is convenient
Cons:
To be honest I don’t have anything bad to say . They been pretty consistent with me.

Comments: I taught myself the program over 7 years ago. The help videos are a great tool and asset to learn what is needed to help your company run smoother. Plus the customer service team with Jobber is the best. They go above to help get any of your issues addressed. Best IT folks in the business.
Pros:
The pros are being able to easily train your staff on using the app, scheduling, invoicing, and adding documentation and photos of work is important. Getting signatures from customers is added automatically to Jobber. It just makes sense the get the work done in a step-by-step process. We love using Jobber.
Cons:
not being able to get some of the upgrades that others paying a lot more get, we are on the loyalty plan, been with Jobber for many years. We should bet some perks for being so LOYAL.

Amazing app for small businesses
Comments: I have really enjoyed it at the beginning i was not using it to the full potential but as we are growing we have had to incorporate the app more and more.
Pros:
The simplicity. we can easily see jobs that have been quoted, and all notes are available for a quick view.
Cons:
I do not like that we get request from spam robots, can you guys eliminate this somehow?

Jobber has changed my life
Comments: jobber has changed my life. I went from working 16 hours a day to working under five.
Pros:
I love everything about Jobber especially how they constantly upgrading and protecting their amazing product.
Cons:
I think that there’s nothing I really don’t like about Jobber one thing I would recommend is that when rescheduling customers in the Matt view. There should be an option to unschedule the appointment without giving a date. because often when we have bad weather I don’t have a specific spot to put them in yet I’d like to unscheduled them and get back to them when I have a date. simply unschedule the job appointments.
