> **Pros**: The capabilities to set up multiple testing equipment and testing procedures.  The software allows the workstations to work independent if network connection is lost.  It stores the results locally on the computer and auto uploads to the server when reconnected.

> **Cons**: The initial setup of the database can consume time.  However, it does allow you to copy the first database copy to the other workstations.

> Been working with Alpha for over 10 years.  Several upgrades have taken place.  Great team work and associates.  Their associates take the time to understand our business and our needs.
