I also appreciate their support team, which is very prompt and competent. With multiple course creators, each requiring different approaches or technical solutions, we were able to find the required solutions within the platform. Additionally, it provides a tailored user onboarding experience and various assessment types that suit our diverse needs. > > **Cons**: Most of the limitations I have encountered stem from limited integrations with third-party tools for user provisioning and data synchronization; there are also limited tools for bulk user management; most bulk actions are done through CSV, which is not user-friendly. > > Our overall experience with SkyPrep has been very positive. It provides the flexibility we need to support both employee training and customer education at scale, and their support team is responsive and reliable. While there is room for improvement in integrations and user management, the platform successfully meets our core training needs. ----- ### "Excellent LMS platform\!" — 5.0/5 > **Michelle** | *31 May 2025* | Hospital & Health Care | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Its very user friendly for the learners. Its easy to teach power users how to assign courses and manage enrollments. It integrates with shopify seamlessly. > > **Cons**: From an admin standpoint, I am not the most tech savvy person. I find the amount of options on the back end to be a lot - but I wouldn't say it's a problem. The support team always walks me through any struggles I have. > > The support team has gone above and beyond every step of the way with us from implementation, changes in our org, need for retraining, and has given me lots of hand-holding when I need it. They are patient with my not so tech savvy self. ----- ### "Clients of Skyprep since 2013\!" — 5.0/5 > **Sunny** | *18 June 2026* | Hospital & Health Care | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Skyprep is a great cost effective solution for anyone who needs to install a LMS program for onboarding, compliance training, annual renewals, etc. It is entirely web-based. There's very little administrative overhead. If you have an Azure tenant with O365 accounts, that can easily be integrated with their sign-in system for SSO. Customer and technical support is usually very responsive (i.e. you'll see same hour replies). Interface is simple and intuitive. > > **Cons**: Nothing in particular to add. If you have a self-enrollment program, sometimes it can can lend itself to creating erroneous, non-valid accounts. If there was a simple way to also merge duplicate accounts and consolidate course/learning progression that would be wonderful. Maybe one day? > > We've been using SkyPrep LMS since 2013, almost around the time of the company's founding when it was only a start-up. Great folks to work with. Over the years, they've added a ton of features and expanded their offerings across the board for both regular learner and administrative users. I have nothing but positive things to say. SkyPrep is good for small to medium organizations that do not have a dedicated educator/LMS administrator. It's quick and intuitive to set-up courses, user groups, and curriculums (or learning paths as they're called). ----- ### "Satisfied Customer of SkyPrep" — 4.0/5 > **Martina** | *31 October 2025* | Facilities Services | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10 > > **Pros**: The ease of creating courses. I found the settings within course creation helpful as well, and the ability to create assessments is key too. > > **Cons**: The messaging feature is troubling to me because I never know if the message went out. I also am not sure how best to set the automated reminders for the course. > > I have found that SkyPrep is relatively easy to learn. I feel proficient after using it only a few months. Their support is good as well. ----- ### "SkyPrep Gets Two Thumbs Up" — 5.0/5 > **Seth** | *29 May 2025* | Education Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: The SkyPrep staff are super easy to deal with, and it's a great product with an easy UI. For the price, if offers great functionality. It's also super easy to configure. > > **Cons**: Nothing; our experience has been, and continues to be, very positive. I would advise others to strongly consider SkyPrep. > > Our experience with SkyPrep has been top notch in all aspects: scheduling a demo was super easy, the subscription and onboarding process went quickly and smoothly, and the post-sale support we’ve received has been excellent. SkyPrep has really helped us step up our game\! We can now support our clients, both internal and external, with a more robust platform and much better reporting. I would absolutely recommend SkyPrep without hesitation to any of my colleagues in the L\&D sector. ----- Page: 1 / 8\ Next: [Next page](https://www.capterra.co.il/software/127236/skyprep?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.co.il/software/127236/skyprep) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | ja | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Structured Data
