> **Cons**: The Lightning version of the app is not as user friendly as reported. I find it, at best, a beta version, and it has been this way for years now.

> Overall, it has been OK. As a data analyst, however, I have found the BI portion lacking. I don't like when I am told "tell us what you need and pay us, and we can create the dashboard you need." Having the know-how, the interface and tables for BI is lacking. I have even spoken with tech support and they cannot give details as to how many of their calculations work. Also, trying to get a hold of someone to discuss billing is very difficult.

> **Cons**: Not being able to modify due dates when creating work orders.   On the classic version I modified every work order that I created.  I create several work orders daily, so this is important to me.

> **Cons**: Double bookings, manual processes or skewed data, lack of reliability to site, Insights module, who owns the deactivated profiles

> Eptura seems to have gone downhill. It was a much better program when it was iOffice. The reliability to access the program, the integration with Outlook (Hummingbird) is double-booking our rooms, the insights module is very difficult to use and has never been able to provide the reports we need. I hate that we can no longer bring back a person that leaves without requesting extra help from Eptura to reactivate the profile. Because of the continued issues without result, I am VERY strongly considering looking for a new system when my contract expires.
