It was a much better program when it was iOffice. The reliability to access the program, the integration with Outlook (Hummingbird) is double-booking our rooms, the insights module is very difficult to use and has never been able to provide the reports we need. I hate that we can no longer bring back a person that leaves without requesting extra help from Eptura to reactivate the profile.
