> **Pros**: As a user of Opera BPM software, I have advocated this solution as part of my response to the tender submitted by SEVEA who sought a new firm to outsource its consolidation. During the introduction, I could count on Amelkis consultants at all stages of this complex which included the recovery of historical data with the merger of two groups.

> **Cons**: The reporting process slows down a little bit when all the users are connected simultaneously due to volume of processes happening simultaneously, even though it is barely noticeable.
> 
> We wanted to choose the consolidation in 2011, a new software which would have a consolidation solution and collaborative performance. Lawrence and Auger Amelkis have met our expectations. We now have access to SaaS BPM Opera application that allows us to meet our needs of internal and external communication.
