Comments: This software meets our necessities. Our company is fanned out across the UAE and this permits us to follow the proprietors of every resource alongside planning their areas the nation over. Helpful "Receiving" and "Issuing" highlights function admirably for resources that much of the time change hands.

Pros:

Ease to Use and understand Inventory Management is very accurate Asset Management is easily handled User Interface is simple and easy to understand. Traceability is very good.

Cons:

Few Missing Features are there. Challenges in Usage for first time beginner Some Confusion at the initial stage

I like how user friendly it is. I'm able to easily utilize it's feature both on my computer and on the Mobile App.

Cons:

I wish that they offered a GPS feature for assets managed with EZO.

Great but would want more details

Comments: It was overall great and very easy to use after learning how to use it.

Pros:

It was very efficient and very understanding for the quickness I needed the gear and delivered for well.

Cons:

The gear I checked out (black magic) did not describe the additional contents of the package, like batteries, no lense, etc. So kr was hard to figure out what I needed to get overall.

Pros:

It is relatively simple to learn and implement. I learned the basics very quickly

Cons:

The search feature can be annoying. Creating groups and sub groups helps narrow searches, but too often hen using the search bar, the items searched is not narrow enough. The group and sub group feature is very impotent.

Comments: The assets were in disarray as AIN wasn't the default option when I first started working for the company. The inventory needed to be exported, sorted by group, assigned AIN numbers, and then reimported. We chose EzOffice due to its feature-rich functionality, affordable price, and user-friendly UI. Since the software was so much better than the asset management tool we had been using, I was immediately drawn to it and had no trouble persuading the rest of the team to give it a try.

Pros:

Simple to use and comprehend Inventory control is quite precise. And asset management is simple to implement. The user interface is straightforward and simple to use. And traceability is excellent.

Cons:

From the user's profile to make checking out assets faster, I wish there were more ways to search the independent history of asset use or make a list of my favorite assets. And the absence of possibilities for customizing the layout. In order to improve efficiency in the future, I hope the layout may be easily changed.

Comments: Its easy enough to use. Once you get the logic its pretty much direct. It has a lot or reporting options and customization options which I really like.

Pros:

I like the logic of the things. The way we manage to track the devices with users.

We dont have an option for users to request a software license so we can track which user has what subscription

EZ office ups and downs

Comments: As I said, I wish I had more freedom to edit and assign my inventory a little more personal to our business.
It is frustrating I have to keep certain aspects when I don't use or need them.
But overall, EZoffice has been nice for our company! and it has kept our inventory much more clean and organized! I would recommend this to other businesses.

Pros:

It is very convenient for my staff and I use. Everybody is on the same page, and whatever data is input everyone can see!

Cons:

It doesn't quite let you edit your inventory as much as id like. I would like full control and creative freedom to make my assists how I want and need, and it just doesn't seem to do that.

Comments: It's been pretty good, there is a lot of flexibility with customisation which is great.

Pros:

Easy to use phone App and good decent looking WebUI for the Backend. The map with locations was especially useful for us.

Cons:

Sadly, it doesn't allow me to compare custom fields to trigger reports. i.e. I wish it would allow me to compare Odometer readings to Next Service requirements so that I could run reports on vehicles that are due for service.

How clean and clear everything is presented. Most inventory systems I have used are cluttered and frustrating to use. It functions quickly as well. The mobile device setup is ideal.

Cons:

The thing I like least about EZOffice is that there are too many terms that mean almost the same thing which confuses me sometimes.

Comments: Great for my needs, but I could see how it could be difficult for someone not as tech savvy.

Pros:

It’s quick and easy to see what equipment is available and what is not and to place a rental.

Cons:

The interface is hard to navigate and can be difficult to complete an order in the cart.

EZ to get started

Comments: Still getting used to it. Fairly new to it. So far so good.

Pros:

That I was able to import all my inventory from excel.

Cons:

It was a little hard to get set up, it just took time to get used too and I wish it had a bardcode scanner.

Efficient Scheduling Software for construction crew

Pros:

I like the availability to edit on the fly the schedule for my crew. This allows them to stay on date with each jobsite they need to visit and complete work at.

Cons:

I wish i could select multiple people when adding to the schedule instead of having to do each person individually.
