> **Pros**: I love the customer support. Each time we raise a problem, we have a response within a day, and often a fix by the end of the week. I love how they are always thinking of new features, and are always open to suggestions to improve the system.

> **Cons**: There is nothing I 'like the least'. I would say there are areas of Flink which are currently irrelevant to our business, but that is not to say we will not use them in the future. I would like the customer
