- **Pricing Details**: Conferras is priced per event, not per year. Each price covers one event from setup to wrap-up,  no annual contract, no lock-in, no per-seat licences for your team. Run one event a year or twelve; you only pay for what you launch.

Tiers are based on the number of attendees who join your event app with a profile. Organizers, speakers and staff you invite as team members are not counted toward the attendee limit.

Starter — €89 per event, up to 250 attendees. Full networking feature set, AI matchmaking, 1:1 chat, meeting scheduler, your logo and event colors, organizer broadcasts, basic analytics.

Growth — €399 per event, up to 1,000 attendees. Everything in Starter plus speakers and agenda, sponsor tiers and stories, push notifications and live networking analytics.

Scale — €899 per event, up to 4,000 attendees. Everything in Growth plus priority support, CSV exports, advanced segmentation and multi-track agenda.

Custom — for 4,000+ attendees, flagship conferences, festivals and multi-day summits. Everything in Scale plus a custom subdomain, full white-label branding, SSO and custom integrations, a dedicated success manager, SLA and security review.

Free internal test — the full product for up to 5 team accounts, so you can try everything before you commit.

If you exceed your tier limit during an event, we never lock your app mid-flight. We upgrade you to the next tier and invoice the difference afterwards.

Many organizers cover the cost by selling sponsored placements inside the app: home screen banner, sponsor stories, sponsored push notifications and job posts.

All prices exclude VAT. Hosted in the EU and GDPR compliant.
