> **Pros**: Hilead est intuitif dès la première prise en main : l’interface est claire et on trouve rapidement ce que l’on cherche. Le sourcing de candidats est efficace et me fait gagner un temps considérable au quotidien. Le suivi des candidatures est bien organisé, et la centralisation de toutes les informations au même endroit facilite énormément le travail en équipe. Le support client est également réactif et à l’écoute.
