ReqFit is priced per review. You buy reviews, upload the RFP or tender alongside your draft response, and each review returns a full requirement by requirement analysis report. There are no licence fees, no minimum contract, no implementation cost and no onboarding fee.

Every bundle can be bought as a one off payment or as a monthly or annual subscription. Subscriptions are discounted: monthly subscriptions save up to 13% per review and annual subscriptions save up to 20% per review, against the single review list price. The plans listed on this profile show the one off prices, so the subscription rates below are lower than the plan cards suggest.

Free trial

Every new account gets one free review, with no credit card required. It is the full product rather than a cut down sample: the same analysis depth, the same report, the same security. The free review must be used within seven days of account creation.

One off bundles are paid once and the reviews are available immediately. Monthly subscriptions deliver 5 or 10 reviews on each billing date and can be cancelled at any time. Annual subscriptions charge the full annual amount on day one and apply all 60 or 120 reviews to your account immediately, with no drip feed.

What one review covers

One review covers up to 200 combined pages. That is the RFP or tender pack, your proposal, and any appendices, counted together. Above 200 pages the system tells you before you submit how many reviews will be consumed, and you can continue or cancel. Every further 200 pages consumes one additional review. There is no upper document size limit and no bespoke quoting.

Validity

Purchased reviews are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued. That applies to one off purchases, to each monthly batch, and to the full annual allocation. The free trial review expires seven days after account creation.

Tax and billing

All prices are exclusive of tax. VAT or local sales tax is added at checkout based on your location. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, which handles tax compliance across more than 100 jurisdictions and issues a compliant invoice for every transaction. Prices are shown in your local currency where supported.

High volume and enterprise

Enterprise pricing is available on request. Teams running high annual bid volumes can arrange contracted pricing with committed volume and account level terms. Get in touch through the contact form on our website and we will scope it with you.

Notes for prospective buyers

There is no per seat cost, so the price does not change as your bid team grows. Cost is driven only by how many proposals you review.

Because the free trial is a full review of your own real documents, you can validate the output on live work before spending anything.
