> **Pros**: One stop shop for all your software needs.  Cuts out needing 20 vendors and puts everything in one place.  its seamless integration. Their reporting is fully customized. we looked at other vendors but they will not make reporting like this.   their Kiosk for volunteer attendance is 2nd to non.

> **Cons**: none. dont have a bad thing to say about them. their support used to have some issues but its night and day from the past.

> Red alert is the best software in the fire rescue space.  I started off using other vendors but non of them ever came close to Red Alert's functionality. They put the people first before the profits. they take new ideas and run with them. every month i look forward to their newsletter to see what great new thing they have next.

> **Pros**: Software is easy to use.  All the modules work together real well.  I guess my issue is the customer service - horrible\!

> **Cons**: The customer service and support is the worst.  If you want something done or added you should plan at least a year out.  It may take that long for someone to call you back or actually get the item completed.  When you see there booth at any show, just keep walking.
