Docusign - for streamling contract signing.

5.0 4 weeks ago New

Comments: It’s not overloaded with features I don’t need, which I appreciate, and it gets the job done efficiently. Overall, it’s a good option for streamlining contract signing.

Pros:

We use Docusign to send PDF Terms of Business to clients for signing. Works really well and is a straightforward process. The client can read and then digitally sign the documents. We then both receive a copy of the signed terms. You don't need to be tech-savvy to use Docusign.

Cons:

It has been difficult to get through to customer support a couple of times, but I think that may have been a one off busy period.

Docusign overcharged me $300 and they did admit it but would not refund

1.0 last month New

Comments: I was a member of Docusign since 2019. I paid them as a single
user $300 a year for using their services. I found out that
they double charged me for last years membership. I called
and talked to them and they did admit that they overcharged
me $300. But they would not be able to refund me the $300
because their company policy is to not refund money even
though they admitted that they made the mistake.
I did end my membership with them on 11-1-2024. I have a
problem with a company that treats their customers like this. I
have a problem with dishonest companies that do not stand behind
their word. I looked up online and found that they are not a
Better Business Bureau member and I see that they have 183
complaints in the last 3 years. They have 82 complaints just in
the last 12 months.
I searched online for another service that could do the same
thing that Docusign was doing for me. and I found a new service
called Adobe sign. Basically I have clients that signs contracts.
I use their “request e-signatures service”. They actually
do a better job than Docusign did. I was able to use their trial
services for a few days before I became a member. I pay them
$13 a month and there is no limit on how many e-signatures I
receive from clients.

Pros:

Using E signatures. I was a member since 2019

Cons:

They double-charged me for my yearly membership fee

Docusign is expertly designed to blend convenience and functionality with uniqueness and beauty of approving documents digitally

5.0 3 months ago

Comments: This electronic signature technology has become an integral part of my daily operations whether we are approving large or small quantities of documents. Docusign is especially an incredible time saver, as a managing [sensitive content hidden], timing is critical in all the strategies that we put forward and Docusign facilitates smooth and paperwork approval and submission. Even our non technical clients are able to use this platform because it is far to simple. Additionally it keeps a clear record of all our paperwork without any manual efforts of printing, signing, filing. I'm the last financial year statement, I realised that we had a revenue boost of upto 47% which was a result of reaching out clients digitally and cutting on printing papers and ink toners.

Pros:

We settled with Docusign because of its many top advantages. It is incredibly easy to use and navigate it's intuitive design even for our least technical team members and clients and this makes digital approval of large volumes of pages a breeze. This technology is affordable and even better it cut the cost of it printing, scanning and manually signing. Additionally, Docusign is the sheriff of convenience and it allows us to send documents via emails and drive for approval which are accessible through office desktops or mobile phone which speed up the rate of ratifying contracts and business strategies. While sending documents, Docusign allow us to specify the order in which the other party should sign. It allows us to clearly indicate where people should put their signatures, initials, or date. To ensure nothing slips off the crack, Docusign enable us to set automatic reminders to keep us updated and notify us when we need to sign a document. It also gives visibility of the status of documents signing process. I really appreciate that, Docusign really value security. Authentication and encryption of documents make them tamper proof and ensure that just the right people access them. This enable us to comfortably use sensitive business documents on Docusign and it has really hastened administrative tasks

Cons:

We have not had any drawbacks with Docusign. We were able to seamlessly configure and adapt Docusign in our workspace, designate all parties that need to approve documents without any troubles. The tons of benefits we reap from Docusign outweighs any hitch and I therefore recommend it to other businesses to experience it and understand what makes Docusign really special.

Easy to Sign app.

5.0 4 weeks ago New

Comments: Overall it's great app to easily sign documents.

Pros:

It's very easy and take me to the place where to sign instead of reading the whole document.

Cons:

It make me easy to skip reading before signing. Some sort of adding "sign only after read" should be there to avoid any future issues.

A Solid Option

4.0 5 months ago

Comments: I find some parts of it to be easy and intuitive, and other areas leave me wanting. The autofill is effective and i like that it is easy enough to set up a document, however I wish text editing and signature setting were in one step, so that I could operate more smoothly within the program and wouldn't have to double back. Overall it's a fine program, but not my go to.

Pros:

I like that this is a platform my clients are familar with and that it offers another avenue for me to expand my client base.

Cons:

I find the softwear less forgiving that other e-sign products. Once i have sent something for signature I hevent found a way to modify the package and reshare without having to completely start over.

DocuSign Review

5.0 6 months ago

Pros:

What I liked most about DocuSign was its seamless ability to streamline the document signing process. The intuitive interface made it easy to upload, send, and sign documents from anywhere, significantly reducing the time and hassle associated with traditional paper-based methods. Additionally, its robust security features and compliance with legal standards provided peace of mind, ensuring that all transactions were safe and legally binding. The integration with various business tools and platforms further enhanced productivity, making DocuSign an invaluable asset in managing workflow efficiently.

Cons:

What I liked least about DocuSign was the occasional complexity of its pricing structure. For small businesses or individual users, the costs could sometimes seem high, especially when only a few documents needed to be signed each month. Additionally, while the platform is generally user-friendly, certain advanced features could be difficult to navigate without proper training or support. The integration with some third-party applications occasionally presented challenges, requiring additional steps to ensure smooth operation. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall benefits of DocuSign still outweighed the inconveniences.

DocuSign is a Must-Have for HR Professionals!

4.0 last year

Comments: Initially, I was concerned DocuSign might be, like other programs, too complicated or labor-intensive. I was pleasantly surprised to see that DocuSign is incredibly user-friendly and has many built-in time-saving features. Whenever I have to send or review a document in DocuSign, I am able to get in and out in less than five minutes. I wholeheartedly endorse the product.

Pros:

I love the fact that you can customize your own templates in DocuSign. Since many of the documents we send out are repetitive, being able to customize a document once (with its multiple signatures and other fields) and using the same template for subsequent document delivery is a huge time-saver.

Cons:

I don't have anything negative to say about DocuSign. It's done everything I have needed it to in my role as an HR professional.

Pros:

The most I liked on is that i do not need papers, printers and scanner anymore. Signing contracts (from my side at least) became very easy and fast. All the clients and partners were pleased when when they do not have to deal with paper documents. Another important feature is the mobile access, all features are available on mobile and this is very important for people on the road.

Comments: I had positive experiences working with Docusign and recommend it.

Pros:

Customization of application to capture multiple signature levels for creating legally binding documents. Ability to view process status from initial submission to completion of document signature. Provided "pining" option to inform others to take action on open item.

Cons:

Document not editable after submission. Although the document is sent as a PDF corrections cannot be made requiring the document envelope to be canceled/deleted and the process to start over.

Intuitive and easy to use

5.0 6 months ago

Comments: Using Docusign has improved my overall experience with signing documents in general. It is always my first option when opening a PDF that needs editing or signing, and it has simplified my daily life.

Pros:

If you regularly sign documents and your company uses Google Mail/Drive, using Docusign is a great way to easily sign and send documents. It takes a few minutes to set up your signature and you are ready to go. It also offers minor ways to edit PDF files which is helpful so you don’t have to flip between other programs or apps.

Cons:

Sometimes the movement of the text box is a bit counterintuitive but it just takes some getting used to.
