> **Pros**: We use NextBee's CX360 module for customer loyalty and have been for a few years. We are very pleased with the solution. It's integrated with our CRM so there's no manual management required. We also work with our account manager on ongoing optimization and they are on top of industry trends which has been beneficial. It's really helped us reach new revenue goals.

> **Cons**: There's a lot to the admin dashboard so it requires a bit of training to get used to the navigation and tools but seems they have now updated that so it's more intuitive and easier to get the hang of.
