Entering grades and assignments is easy, and straight forward. In the past I have sent feedback with an issue I was having with the login procedure, and I can tell improvements have been made in that area (indicating the developers are listening). Tracking student information with not just normal information, but also with disciplinary issues makes it easier to see if a student is acting up in multiple classes or just one. > > **Cons**: There are times when Gradelink has issues with the login procedure. This was mentioned in the Pros area. The issue where having been away from Gradelink after an extended period of time (e.g. overnight, or over the weekend), it will attempt to continue to work with the current session when in reality it has been logged out. It appears the session is still active, and then ultimately updates itself indicating the session has expired (losing whatever work you have already inputted). This has greatly improved over the course of the prior and current semester. > > I am very pleased with the overall experience with Gradelink. Once learning the location of the tasks I frequent (which took all of a few hours or so of use), it is by far the best online gradebook our system has used. ----- ### "General Review" — 5.0/5 > **Wendy** | *3 September 2026* | Education Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Simplicity - It is very user friendly. The support team is amazing and always willing to help. \[sensitive content hidden\] is our support lead and is Amazing\! He has been so helpful in the initial set up as well as the day to day needs. > > **Cons**: I am unsure if I can name anything we dislike about Gradelink. Overall it has been an amazing transition for our school > > Our overall experience has been AMAZING\! \[sensitive content hidden\] has been with us since day 1 of initial set up. He has worked closely with us, sometimes daily to transition and maintain through the first year of using Gradelink. ----- ### "Need More Training and Support" — 3.0/5 > **Cherise** | *28 April 2026* | Education Management | Recommendation rating: 6.0/10 > > **Pros**: We are familiar with the product and its easy to use. I also like its multi usage ability. Working with Vicent on the website has been great. > > **Cons**: Changed the way Wisedata is reported and did not properly train schools. Hard to get support when it is needed. > > My overall experience has been mixed. I would appreciate better customer service and better support when trouble shooting. ----- ### "Gradelink Customer Service" — 5.0/5 > **Laura** | *30 July 2026* | Education Management | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: Its customer support - namely \[sensitive content hidden\] - she is the absolutely best customer service rep - timely and informative. > > **Cons**: SO much to learn at first\! I was the secretary "end" of things on Gradelink when the administrator up and left without any instructions. The customer support system for Gradelink is helping me to get through this. > > My overall experience with GL is a 9 because of their support system. I have used Gradlink for four years now. I like everything about it as far as scheduling email blasts, student accidents and injuries, communication pieces. ----- ### "Reasonably Satisfied" — 4.0/5 > **Karen** | *19 April 2026* | Education Management | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: Good features for a reasonable price Strong training and support that is readily accessible Attractive and easy to use parent/student portal and communication tools On-line enrollment > > **Cons**: As a teacher, the hard stop at the end of each grading period, especially between quarters 1 \& 2 or 3 \& 4. When I run out of time in one quarter, it would be nice to automatically bump assignments to the next quarter without having to cut \& paste them. As an administrator, I would like more flexibility in creating reports > > Generally positive, given the cons listed above. It meets our needs with professional-looking documents. ----- Page: 1 / 31\ Next: [Next page](https://www.capterra.co.il/software/118900/gradelink-sis?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.co.il/software/118900/gradelink-sis) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Structured Data
