The software platform is extremely robust and capable and manages our 15+ signage locations with ease. > > **Cons**: The design of the software itself is a bit dated and the learning curve is steep. Since the software is so capable and powerful, there are a ton of buttons, menus, and pages. It is very easy to get lost in the software and I sometimes feel that the delineation, labeling, and hierarchy of some key menus are a little muddled. I do feel that the software could use a redesign to make scheduling and queueing new shows a bit easier. I also dislike that I live preview of each location is not available. It would be nice to know exactly what is displayed on each screen at any given moment along with the ability to dump content instantaneously rather than wait for the 10-minute or so refresh intervals the signage players check in at. > > Overall, we have been very happy with the features and functionality of the InLighten product.
