Nextpoint's per user fee billing saves our clients money and helps us budget our discovery costs regardless of the size of the case. > > **Cons**: Exchanging documents with other lawfirms under an ESI agreement can be cumbersome as each platform determines the standard production an this has been a problem in some of our cases. The industry needs to agree on a single standard to avoid this or build in export templates for the largest services. With that said the Support staff is always there to help. > > My cases average in excess of 50,000 documents with some reaching 1 million (with over 1 TB held by Nextpoint for the past 4 years and all we pay is a per user fee each month.) Nextpoint has allowed us to review productions fast and efficiently creating production logs and privilege logs directly within the system as part of the export. This alone has saved us from requesting extensions of time and keeping our cases within the original trial deadlines helping our clients reach resolutions much faster.
