> **Pros**: It is a very solid, established platform and their customer support is definitely the best I've ever used.

> **Cons**: It's quite expensive and the dashboard could use a overhaul and redesign. It also bugs me that I can't rename environments after I've created them.

> The only reason I can sleep at night is because EngineYard is a rock solid service delivery company.  Our Saas delivers solutions to municipalities which means there has to be maximum reliability and EY delivers on that promise. Not cheap but still after years of being their customer still worth it\!
