We have a more comprehensive mass communication system, however, that product did not allow for creating individualized attachments. SwiftK12 came to our rescue\! It is a cost-effective solution to either be your main mass communication system or a supplement. They provided methods and eventually a new import tool that kept everything in sync. They helped troubleshoot some formatting issues (not on their end), and were there when we needed. When I was unavailable (new kid woohoo\!), my substitute was able to make phone calls, and even ask for assistance when we had something misconfigured. Swift sent us a honey-do list of things to do such as update our SPF TXT record with domain provider and white IP addresses with our internet provider (turns out to be a bogus solution). We have followed their suggestions and still have a problem. I have spoken to multiple support agents and they are not friendly, quick to get me off the phone, and clearly reading troubleshooting forums without a clear understanding of the problem. > > We have used other professional and well-established mass notifications systems like Mailchimp and constant contact without a hitch. Some others cap at 160 characters for 1 message but the multiple text feature allows for longer messages in that medium. Of course it supports email and phone as well. > > **Cons**: Alert Solutions does require a familiarity/use of Power School, at least in the way our Archdiocese arranged it.
