> **Pros**: The software is easy to use and has a logical layout. 
The customer service has been consistently of a high quality and always includes a quick response time.

> **Cons**: Market recognition of this software is not as high as other due diligence platforms in the market and so some supplier reassurance has been needed when approaching suppliers directly via SourceDogg.
> 
> SourceDogg has significantly improved our supplier due diligence and allowed us to move our procurement activities onto an electronic platform that is easy for all to use.
Overall, I have had a very positive experience and can see the real value that has been added to our business.
