> **Pros**: What I like most about SKU.io is the flexibility it gives us to manage some of the more complicated parts of our operation. We have a lot of unique requirements around inventory, fulfillment, shipping, and product configurations, and SKU.io has allowed us to build solutions around how our business actually operates rather than forcing us into a one-size-fits-all process.

It integrates well with Shopify and ShipStation and has helped us automate processes that would otherwise require a lot of manual work. Setup and ongoing changes have been relatively straightforward, and when we have run into an issue or needed something more complex, their customer support has been very responsive and willing to help us find a solution.

Overall, it has been a very good value for us because of the amount of manual work and operational complexity it has helped eliminate.

> **Cons**: The biggest downside is that there can be a learning curve when setting up more complex workflows. SKU.io is very flexible, but that flexibility also means it can take some time to understand the best way to configure things. Some of the more advanced setups aren’t always intuitive at first. That said, their support team has been very helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance.

It has become an important part of our operation and has helped us automate a number of processes that would otherwise be difficult to manage manually. Unlike other systems, SKU.io actually adapts to our specific business workflows rather than forcing us into a rigid structure. Plus, their customer service team is top-tier—always responsive, knowledgeable, and ready to help.

> **Cons**: I wish we'd started using this system sooner. If you run an established business, onboarding and transition can be challenging, but that applies to any new system. SKU.io made it as seamless as it could be.
