One employee and one active project. Unlimited clock-ins with location, the Telegram bot, the web panel, holiday and absence management, weekly shift patterns, CSV export and the data-protection tools. This is a permanent plan, not a trial: it does not expire and no card is required.

Pro — 14.99 EUR per month
Up to 10 employees and 10 active projects. Everything in Free, plus a daily summary sent to the administrator by Telegram, the working-time compliance dashboard, per-employee calendars and incidents, configurable working-time rules for your collective agreement, and Excel and PDF export carrying an integrity seal.

Business — 39.99 EUR per month
Unlimited employees and projects. Everything in Pro, plus the export format prepared for a Spanish labour inspection, a full audit log of changes, a temporary read-only link an inspector can open without an account, an external API with token authentication, and priority email support.

What is the same on every plan
Records are kept for the four years required by Article 34.9 of the Workers' Statute. A closed shift is locked and cannot be edited afterwards. Location coordinates are anonymised automatically after three months. Data is stored in the European Union. The data-protection tools for subject access and erasure are included on the free plan as well, because meeting a legal obligation should not depend on the tier a customer pays for.
