> **Pros**: Alle zehn Standorte liegen in einer Ansicht, mit Plan und Vorjahr an jeder Kennzahl. Was mir im Alltag am meisten bringt: Die AI fasst jeden Morgen zusammen, was gestern auffällig war, ich muss nicht mehr selbst durch Berichte graben. Beim Wareneinsatz vergleicht das System theoretischen und tatsächlichen Verbrauch je Filiale, damit haben wir Verluste gefunden, die jahrelang unter dem Radar liefen. Und das Preismodell pro Standort ist fair, ohne Setup-Gebühr und ohne Verhandlungsrunden.

> **Cons**: Kiosa ist ein junges Produkt und das merkt man. Es kommen laufend neue Funktionen, was gut ist, aber Oberflächen ändern sich schneller als bei etablierter Software. Die Umsatzprognosen wurden erst nach einigen Iterationen verlässlich.

> Wir haben vorher mit Excel und Einzelauswertungen gearbeitet, der Wechsel hat unser Berichtswesen praktisch abgeschafft. Heute diskutiert die Betriebsleiterrunde über Maßnahmen statt über Zahlenstände. Für Gruppen mit mehreren Standorten klare Empfehlung.

> **Pros**: Ich brauche keine BWA mehr, um zu wissen, wie mein Restaurant läuft. Umsatz, Personalquote und Wareneinsatz stehen jeden Morgen aktuell da. Die Liquiditätsvorschau über 13 Wochen nimmt mir die Angst vor großen Zahlungsterminen, weil ich sie kommen sehe. Rechnungen laufen digital durch bis zum DATEV-Export, das spart mir mehrere Stunden Büroarbeit pro Woche. Und der Support antwortet schnell und spricht Deutsch.

> **Cons**: Die Einrichtung hat Geduld gebraucht, Kasse, Bankkonto und Personalplanungs-Anbindung waren nicht an einem Nachmittag erledigt. Der Funktionsumfang ist für einen einzelnen Betrieb üppig, am Anfang war mir nicht immer klar, wo ich zuerst hinschauen soll.

> Ich führe mein Restaurant heute mit Zahlen vom Vortag statt mit Gefühl und Kontoauszug. Der Aufwand der ersten Wochen hat sich mehrfach bezahlt gemacht. Für Einzelbetriebe, die keinen Controller haben, ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut.
