The biggest change is speed: every enquiry now gets picked up within minutes, automatically, and nothing falls through the cracks. The system has grown and improved noticeably in the time we’ve used it. What I rate most is the service. \[sensitive content hidden\] is easy to reach, quick to respond, and when we ask for changes they happen. We’ve just reworked our entire lead journey together, and our requirements were treated as the spec, not squeezed into a template.

Reporting is great and you can intervene into any of the chats in realtime if you see a question is asked that you know the bot cannot answer (if you use the lead connector app you will get notifications on your phone every time someone messages) 

You can also connect all your social media accounts and post to all at one time without any additional cost- You can then choose if you want to boost those posts to gain more traction

> **Cons**: I don’t think that there is anything that I don’t like -only exception is that automatic invoice sending needs to be setup and save me having to chase each month
