> **Pros**: Our employees do not have to download anything. It meets them where they are using SMS messaging. We get almost immediate responses when we send out shift opportunities. It has totally changed the way we schdule our employees. The ease of use is a gamechanger.

It sits on top of our HRIS so there was no systmatic change for our HR and Ops teams. Because it works through basic conversationa text messaging there was almost zero training we had to do across our workforce.
