There are three paid tiers—Starter, Growth, and Scale—with monthly or annual billing in INR or USD. Listed prices are exclusive of tax (GST applies for India at checkout where required).

Free trial (all new accounts)
Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial on Scale limits so buyers can evaluate the full product—Profile Pulse, Reputify AI, advanced analytics, and multi-location features. No credit card is required to start. When the trial ends, the account pauses until the buyer chooses a paid plan; there are no automatic charges. Eligible accounts may request a one-time 3-day trial extension from Billing while the trial is still active.

Annual billing is charged as 10× the monthly base (equivalent to two months free vs paying monthly for 12 months).

What each tier includes (high level)

Starter — Google Business Profile sync, unified Review Inbox, manual and template-based replies (up to 5 response templates), core dashboards (ratings, volume, trends), AI sentiment highlights on reviews, review history import on first sync (last 3 months), data export and core security. Reputify AI drafting is not included; upgrade to Growth for AI-assisted replies.

Growth — Everything in Starter, plus Reputify AI (drafting and workflows), unlimited response templates, Profile Pulse (Google listing scan and Fix Centre), custom alert rules, Review Intelligence Report (basic), advanced filtering and bulk inbox actions, branding options, review import on first sync (last 6 months), and enhanced export/governance features.

Scale — Everything in Growth, plus executive dashboards, competitor benchmarking, Review Intelligence Report (advanced), full Reputify AI suite, review import on first sync (last 12 months), white-label options where offered, priority support, and higher scale limits for large portfolios.

Important notes for buyers

Google-first today: all plans center on native Google Business Profile review sync and replies. Additional review platforms may be added over time—confirm the latest on reputify.app/pricing before purchase.
Review history on first import depends on plan (3 / 6 / 12 months). Older reviews remain on Google and are not copied into Reputify. Ongoing sync keeps new reviews updated.
Upgrades are seamless: moving from Starter → Growth → Scale preserves locations, reviews, and settings. Downgrades may disable features above the new tier limit—confirm in-app before changing.
Payments are processed securely (e.g. Razorpay). GST-compliant invoicing is available for India.
Optional add-on: Guided Launch is a separate one-time implementation package (GBP setup, sync, campaigns, live training)—billed apart from the subscription. See reputify.app/guided-launch.
Separate service: Reputify Presence is managed Google listing services (monthly), not the DIY platform subscription.
