How volume is metered
One billable shipment equals one house bill (HAWB/HBL) or one standalone consignment. Master documents are never charged separately, so consolidating 100 house bills into a single MAWB/MBL counts as 100, not 101. Deliveries are metered separately from shipments because a parcel drop and a freight consignment aren't the same unit of work. Documents in LogixDocs are unmetered on every plan, bounded only by storage; AI extraction on those documents draws from AI credits.

Billing terms
Upgrades and added seats take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at renewal. Visa, Mastercard and American Express accepted, with bank transfer and net-30 invoicing available on annual and Enterprise plans. Monthly plans cancel anytime and run to the end of the paid period; annual plans cancel at renewal. Full data export to CSV, Excel or API is available at any time, including for 90 days after cancellation. LogixGrid holds entities in Canada, India, Malaysia, Mexico and the UAE and can invoice in local currency on annual plans.
