> **Pros**: Toovalu's tools are really complete, they fit perfectly with my clients' different professions. The user-friendliness is great and the hotline is very responsive. It is possible to import or export data in Excel

> **Cons**: these is no connection beetween carbone platform and reporting platform. But with Excel it is possible to manage this
