> **Pros**: The scheduling software is great.  We were never able to get over 80% OTD because we weren't able to look far enough ahead, and now we're looking at a plan that will make us 100% OTD within a month.  I really like that the schedule takes into account people and their skills as well.  For instance if a machine is available but our operator is working on another machine at that time, the software will try to find someone else with that skill to work on the machine.  This will in-turn make a "Worker Schedule" which my team follows instead of just a schedule that says what jobs are supposed to be on which machines.

> **Cons**: It's difficult to come up with many cons.  The system just works.  I guess the only con would be that you to have good data on the front end.  Without good BOMs, time tracking, etc the system will do it's best to calculate a good plan, but that plan is much better with accurate data.

> The Skody team has been incredibly helpful and accommodating during setup and initial uses.  Job shop scheduling is one of the most complex problems in the world and this software not only solves that for us, but also gives us other dashboards and tools to help us succeed.
