With chatgpt i can speak to chat gpt and it can manage nowistay , block dates etc, but it did not do it so good now, but is ok

Le point fort est sans conteste la communication avec les voyageurs : le système de réponse par IA est remarquablement naturel et complet — je n'ai pratiquement jamais d'éléments à ajouter aux réponses proposées. Autre grand atout : le logiciel évolue en permanence et intègre continuellement les dernières technologies. On sent une équipe qui fait vivre son produit.

> **Cons**: Honnêtement, je n'ai pas grand-chose à reprocher au logiciel. Comme il évolue rapidement, il faut parfois prendre quelques minutes pour découvrir les nouveautés, mais c'est plutôt un signe de vitalité qu'un réel défaut.

La mise en place est relativement simple et le design est clair, agréable et facile à comprendre. Le logiciel permet de centraliser les réservations et les messages provenant de différentes plateformes, ce qui facilite le suivi au quotidien. La gestion des échanges avec les voyageurs, notamment dans plusieurs langues, est également très pratique. L’outil offre déjà de nombreuses possibilités et représente un véritable gain de temps.

> **Cons**: Certains points pourraient être améliorés. Il serait utile de pouvoir regrouper, dans un même abonnement, des propriétés en gestion gratuite et d’autres en gestion payantes. Le bilan financier manque parfois de clarté, notamment dans la distinction entre les montants bruts et nets. Le prix de référence unique est également peu adapté à une activité saisonnière. Certaines informations transmises par les plateformes peuvent manquer de précision, comme la catégorie ou le nombre de voyageurs.
