> **Pros**: Customer support is very good. We usually get answers and help very quickly. We use this to format our CVs and the speed is great and the UI/UX are definitely strong points. Really good tool for recruiters who format many CVs on a daily basis as it cuts down on time significantly.

> **Cons**: It takes a bit of iteration to get it right. The formatting sometimes misses important information and there is not always consistency across the board with how they turn out but customer support are very quick to fix any bugs we flag.
