> **Pros**: ZettaRMS makes revenue management much simpler and more effective. Its AI powered recommendations help us optimize room rates based on demand, market trends, and business opportunities. The competitor snapshot is especially useful as it gives us a clear view of market pricing and helps us make informed rate decisions. The rate shopping feature for our comp set is another valuable tool. The data quality, accuracy, and easy-to-understand insights make it a very practical tool for day-today revenue management. Most importantly, the customer support is exceptional. Biswajit and Vamika deserve a special mention for being prompt, proactive, supportive, and always available when assistance is needed. Despite being an AI-driven technology company, the Zetta team is remarkably human in its approach.
