> **Pros**: The best thing about the system in my opinion is how configurable and customizable it is.  Having the ability to create your own types, classifications etc and then being able to configure dashboards to exactly what you want to report on, makes the system stand out and makes it a great tool to give that visual to senior management on the love status of all matters pertaining to health and safety. 
The system is quite user friendly, like any system the more you use it, the easier it is to navigate around but overall it is very straight forward, even for those who would not be familiar with these systems.

> **Cons**: It is a small thing but some of the terminology built within the system would differ from what i personally would be used to but aside from that it has been extremely easy to work with

> My overall experience has been a very positive one.  From the beginning we have been supported at every turn through the whole process and all issues raised were dealt with very promptly. It is worth mentioning, as a value for money product, it is up there with any system i have come across. 
The configuration team assigned to us were second to none and explained everything every step of the way and were always contactable.
