> **Pros**: Yena is a great fit for recruitment agencies because it covers both sides of the process - candidate pipelines as well as the client database, which makes it easy to keep everything in one place.

The AI Sourcer is a very useful addition, and having access to candidate contact details, including phone numbers, is a big plus.

We also appreciate that interviews can be scheduled directly through the platform and that all relevant activity is automatically captured in the candidate profiles. This helps reduce manual work and keeps the recruitment process well organized.
