> **Pros**: We chose PassKit mainly because of the cost, and to be fair it’s been really good value for money. Compared to other options, the pricing is very reasonable, which made it an easy decision for us as an organisation.&#10;&#10;The platform itself is quite clean and simple to use. The interface is neat and intuitive, so it doesn’t take long to get used to, even if you’re not particularly technical.&#10;&#10;I’m currently looking into integrating it with Mailchimp, which looks possible and is a nice option to have. It’s useful knowing it can link in with other systems as we develop things further.&#10;&#10;From a day-to-day point of view, it works well. It’s easy to send out cards individually or in bulk, which saves a lot of time. I also like that I can see when a card has actually been installed, as it gives a bit more visibility.&#10;&#10;The best feature for me, and something we didn’t have before, is the live update side. If we need to change anything on a card, we can just update it and it reflects straight away without the person needing to reinstall it. That’s made a big difference.

> **Cons**: In terms of downsides, there are a couple of things that could be improved. The search and filter function does work, but it feels a bit clunky at times and not as smooth as it could be. Also, the deletion side isn’t ideal, you’re limited to working through batches (e.g. 50 at a time), which can be a bit frustrating. It would be helpful to have something like bulk deletion for unclaimed cards to make that process easier.&#10;&#10;Other than that, it more or less does what we need it to do, and it does it well. Can’t really fault it beyond those points.
