> **Pros**: Centralised system of an array of products useful for business. Ease of use by many users across different levels of the business.

> **Cons**: Centralised system of products are not as integrated as initially thought. Requires initial setup and understanding of role settings for staff across business and then doing admin to setup. This is an initial headache but once done it’s sorted. Also info across products is not automatically shared/synced which can mean areas over time can be out dated and require admin as your business grows, rebrands entities etc. There is access support to assist but admin still wasted to investigate across the products.

> **Pros**: very user friendly in terms of easy access around the system. Logging of order requests and visibility of job updates are easy for teams

> **Cons**: doesn't work very well in mobile format. Has system glitches which our contractors are still having to overcome. Reporting side needs a major overhaul. Still having issues with notifications about emergency jobs which are critical to monitoring business needs

> Whilst the system is very user friendly, there are elements that need addressing to make it better, namely reporting, and its mobile formatting
