Every customer starts with the Base Layer, which carries the core infrastructure the platform runs on, including people data, organization setup, access, and integrations. From there you add only the modules your organization needs. Each module is independent and none requires another.

Pricing is per employee and scales with team size. Active employees, who log in and use the platform, are billed at $3 per month. Passive employees, who have no login and are stored for records, are billed at $1 per month. Minimum monthly spend is $150.

Optional modules are priced per employee per month on top of the Base Layer: Employee Lifecycle Management $0.50, Performance and Communication $0.50, Employee Experience $1, Custom Reports $1, Work and Delivery $2, Career and Capability Development $2, Strategy and Execution $3. The Applicant Tracking System is $200 per month including 5 hiring managers, then $20 per additional hiring manager. White Label Platform is $200 per month. Modules can be added or removed as needs change, and pricing adjusts accordingly.

Monthly and annual billing are available. Custom pricing is available for teams of 500 or more. Standard support is included, with 4 hours of implementation support per month in the Base Layer. Implementation fees may apply depending on organization size, selected modules, and required configuration, and all fees are discussed upfront. Buyers see a full breakdown of Base Layer cost, selected modules, and per employee pricing before any agreement is signed.
