It connects business development, estimating, project execution, field reporting, change management, purchasing, and financial visibility. That makes it much easier to see where risk, cost, and schedule issues are developing.

> **Cons**: There is a lot of functionality, so teams need to be intentional about rollout and training. The platform is best used when leadership is committed to standardizing workflows rather than letting every department operate differently.
