> **Pros**: We chose MyDesk Guest Registration because we wanted to replace printed visitor badges with reusable E-ink guest cards. It gives our visitors a more modern and professional experience, while also reducing paper waste and manual work at reception. The digital guest cards are easy to update and clearly show the visitor’s name, company, host and visit information.

> **Cons**: There is not much to dislike. Some initial setup and customization was needed to match our visitor flow, but the onboarding and support team helped us get everything configured correctly.
