> **Pros**: We have found the ability to customize boards, workflows and forms to our business invaluable for our team. No other software we tried worked well enough and Ontraccr has allowed us to consolidate our project documentation.

> **Cons**: We take a ton of photos and we found that Ontraccr was a bit slower to manage those photos so we use an external program and create reports that we export into ontraccr.

> **Pros**: This is the first platform which is the most inclusive for all business activities. This has allowed us to formalize procedures from field level all the way up to the project management level. Beyond that, a business owner can quickly gather a snapshot of any project to see up to date information whether the project is profitable or losing money. 

The automations are first class and make it so anybody can create a flow. Zero coding is required and the logic makes sense. It is as simple as click and drag.

With the requirement for documentation and delivery of safety forms, Ontraccr has saved days and weeks of work trying to organize and ensure that forms are submitted in time to site CSOs. The reminders that can be implemented assist field level works in remembering to fill out their paperwork at the appropriate times.

> **Cons**: If there are any Cons with the platform they would be far overshadowed by the Pros. Ontraccr listens to their clients and constantly adjusts to make the improvements as quickly as they receive feedback.

> The Ontraccr team has always been responsive and frequently update the platform directed by the priorities of their customers. Ontraccr has been the tool which has assisted us in organizing our company for the next level of growth. I cannot see us operating efficiently without Ontraccr.
