> **Pros**: The customer service is fantastic. I have always received answers to my questions quickly, and the demo with their team was very helpful. I found the invoicing process very clean and our clients also liked it over other invoicing systems they had interacted with.

> **Cons**: There were a few small kinks to be worked out, but that's a given with any startup. Simple things like needing to reload the page after clicking sign-in before it actually shows me the account dashboard, or pages loading slowly. I'm confident those issues will go away over time, but they're very minor inconveniences.

> My wife is a housekeeper and I run the backend of her business. We ended up not using many of BlueSuite's features, but that was due to our changing needs and her wanting to downsize her clientele. We have a lot of experience with the invoicing and QuickBooks Integration parts, and some experience with the calendar. The customer management, products and services, and invoicing were seamless, and while we never got to try out the other features, I'm confident they would have been very useful to us.

Customer support has been great; responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful when questions come up.
