Every plan covers secure cloud hosting, product updates, and full access to the web console plus our iOS and Android Business-Partner apps. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time—unused days are automatically pro-rated.

1. Starter – ₹0 a month (one-month free usage of messaging features)

Ideal for solo salon and new spas who want to test-drive the platform. You receive a dedicated listing on the Wellnessta marketplace, our lightning-fast scheduling engine, “Book Now” buttons for your website and social pages, basic POS billing, free SMS and email confirmations for the first month, and a one-time remote training session. Marketplace bookings attract a 25 % commission; in-house or social bookings remain commission-free.

2. Growth – ₹999 per outlet, billed monthly

Upgrade when you need automation beyond basic scheduling. Growth unlocks unlimited real-time bookings and reminders, chat/phone support, multi-user role management, coupon management, and richer reporting. A 15 % annual pre-payment discount drops the effective rate to ₹10,189 per year. Marketplace commission falls to 20 %.

3. Pro – ₹1,699 per outlet, billed monthly

Built for high-volume spas and multi-city chains. Pro includes everything in Growth plus priority support SLAs, analytics, and our lowest standard commission rate of 15 % on marketplace-generated bookings. Take the annual option and pay the equivalent of ₹1,444 per month (₹17,330 per year).

4. Enterprise – Custom quotation

For national chains, hotel groups, and franchises that demand deep customisation. You receive a dedicated high-capacity cluster with a 99.95 % uptime SLA, white-label web and mobile apps, on-site rollout assistance, and a dedicated success team. Marketplace commission is negotiable from 10 %. Contact for a personalised proposal.

All subscriptions are priced per outlet in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude 18 % GST.
