> **Pros**: Coming from a previous system that was quite complex and frustrating to use, I was honestly a bit sceptical about moving to another SMS.

What stood out with SELMA is how intuitive and easy it is to navigate. It doesn’t feel overwhelming, and the team was able to pick it up much faster than expected. It’s made our day-to-day processes much smoother and given us much better visibility across our data and compliance requirements.

The support has also been fantastic,  responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure things work for us.

That said, the support from the team makes a big difference. They’re responsive, helpful, and really ease the transition.

> **Pros**: What stands out most is how intuitive and modern the system feels compared to other SMS platforms I’ve used over the years.

The trainer portal (Teacher Hub) is particularly useful,  trainers can easily see their schedules, access class lists, mark attendance, and communicate with learners without needing to navigate the full system.

The student portal is also well designed and makes it much easier to manage day-to-day operations without relying on multiple tools or spreadsheets.

Another big plus is that, even though it’s an off-the-shelf system, the team understands that every provider operates differently. When specific requirements come up, they are always open to understanding the need and working towards practical solutions. It doesn’t feel like a rigid system, which is quite rare.

Overall, it improves visibility across the organisation and reduces a lot of manual work.

> **Cons**: There are always areas that can continue to evolve as compliance requirements and operational needs change. That said, the team is very open to feedback and regularly improves the system, which makes a big difference.

It strikes a good balance between being a structured platform and still allowing flexibility as operational needs evolve.
