> **Pros**: What I like most is that I don't have to switch tasks to get help. If a program crashes or I need a quick approval, I can just ask in Microsoft Teams like I'm messaging a colleague. I usually get an answer or a solution within minutes without ever leaving my work.

> **Cons**: Once in a while, if my question is very specific or unusual, the automated system might not understand and will create a ticket. rare, but happens.
