> **Pros**: We use it for our rental property inspections. It's quite powerful and intuitive to use.
It's exactly what it needs to be, and no more, plus with some streamlined features like e-signing and sharing a digital version of your inspection reports.

> **Cons**: Nothing to note. It is quick to get set up, and works quite well for two people (co-landlords) to both use.
