> **Pros**: The reports that are available and how easy it is to set them up. Also that they can be downloaded either as a chart or as an Excel spreadsheet. The fact that someone can now report anonymously, but we are still able to message them for more information.

> **Cons**: It would be great if there were some help videos available which we could use to show how to submit a report and the various ways to do this.

They are innovative and collaborative with their product development, they seek to understand their customer's needs and provide solutions which are intuitive to use with a real focus on UX.

We have a good relationship with our customer success manager who provides advice on ways we can develop the product, they are also willing to listen to feedback our customers provide to us with a view to implement and upgrade their systems to align with user needs.
